July 2008: Columbia Valley Riesling

The Columbia Valley produces many prestigious wines from their world class Riesling grapes.  Rieslings grown here offer pronounced ripeness while retaining acidity, showing fantastic floral aromas and flavors of peach and apricot, while still maintaining a crisp freshness. May 2008 : New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc

Marlborough has the sunniest, driest climate in New Zealand, and the Wairau Valley’s rich soils combine with the cool nights to deliver astonishingly pungent wines.  Few wines ever achieve the amazing aromatic complexity and zesty fruit of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The expression of this amazing explosion of fruit is aided by our special proprietary yeast: by careful management of the yeast strain, Selection Estate New Zealand Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc casts long, rich flavors, redolent with grass and currant leaves, and a crisp dry finish.

March 2008 : Lodi Old Vine Zinfandel

February 2008: Columbia Valley Cab Franc/Merlot Blend

The nose of this wine holds an intense aroma of plum, black cherries and vanilla with an underlying hint of pepper and spice. Fruit flavours of plum and currants blended with the silky-smooth taste of chocolate and firm tannins give this medium-full bodied wine a pleasant finish, leaving you wanting more.

January 2008: South African Chenin Blanc

Pale straw color with a green tinge and the aroma of summer melon, this medium to full-bodied, dry white wine evokes luscious tropical fruit flavors and has a palate-pleasing, well balanced, crisp, lingering aftertaste

December 2007 : New Zealand Pinot Noir

November 2007 : Argentine Malbec

The Argentine Malbec has found uniquely favorable growing conditions in Argentina and has no doubt created one of the most successful and delicious Malbec wines in the world. An intense bouquet of damson plums, blackcurrant and violet aromas give way to a slight touch of hunting and leather notes. This richly purple coloured Malbec carries a velvety texture with long, soft flavors. Although it ages beautifully, firm tannins and mellow acidity allow this wine to be enjoyed while young.

October 2007 : Domaine des Brume

Fruity and robust, this deeply colored red wine has the unique distinction of allowing for early consumption in the 'nouveau style'. A delicate wine offering immediate flavors of strawberries and cherries. Chill for 20 minutes to really bring out these fruity qualities. A widely appealing wine that is ideal for serving at parties.
